Mike Cooley, a leader in convenient store sales, has been a commercial real estate agent for ten years. His expertise in the convenient store market extends beyond sales into assisting with buyer/seller financing, bank foreclosure appraisals, gas station environmental evaluations along with identifying fuel suppliers just to name a few. Mike strives to stay abreast of the ever changing convenient store market by networking with industry leaders like himself.

Although born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Mike has called Texas home for twenty-five years. His love of the water keeps him in the Clear Lake area where he enjoys sailing and is an accomplished guitar player. It’s not uncommon to find Mike spending his leisure time racing sailboats or jamming with local musicians at his favorite haunt.
